This redevelopment of a highly contaminated site, part of the former Beckton Gas Works, spans 12 acres and is focused on employment-led regeneration, providing new jobs, community spaces, and recreational opportunities. We are proud to be transforming an inaccessible and hazardous area into a vibrant and thriving environment.
