Whilst at previous employer U+I, Morden Wharf is a large 19 acre former sugar refinery on the Greenwich Peninsula, London. Involved from early inception of the Development consented for over 1500 new homes, 200,000 sqft of new Commercial and Industrial uses, 20,000 sqft of Community uses, a new park and improved public realm designed by internationally renowned architects OMA.
The project had various complicated planning obstacles to overcome including; Safe Guarded Wharves, Hazardous Substance consents and Gas Holder blast exclusion zones. Roles included Pre-Planning and Planning stage Development Management and Asset Management.
